Pancafit® and Accessories

The short female belt (produced by Postural Service is so called because it is made up of the soft part of the Velcro on both sides, called "female". Particularly suitable for robust patients or those with very strong and massive necks, the short female belt It allows for effective traction, halving the effort and wearing action of the hands and arms.

In fact, it is sufficient to pull with the back and lean back to obtain an ergonomic and functional action (see photo 2).

Elafit, an elastic tubular, is specifically designed to be used on Pancafit®.

Simple and functional for the use for which it was created: maintaining a state of good health without exaggerating with efforts and without damaging your posture. If used according to the instructions, its correct and regular use is able to maintain the right tone and trophism while respecting the posture.

The hemispheres (made by Postural Service) are composed of a particular mixture which gives them a very high dynamic response memory. This particularity makes them a unique and versatile product, to be used as a mechanical and proprioceptive stimulus in various areas of the body.

The hemispheres can be used in the treatment of falling metatarsal heads. Together with the trapezoidal slat, they serve as a proprioceptive stimulus and as a push against the metatarsal heads (see photos 1-2). The decompensated posture assumed on Pancafit allows you to act on the muscle chains and not on individual effects, amplifying the results.

Excellent accessory for treating the patient in the prone position.

It allows you to keep your head correctly aligned, to avoid neck pain, to be able to breathe comfortably and to remain in this position for a long time.

The travel lumbar cushion (designed and created by Postural Service) is designed to give relief to the spine and reduce tiredness and pain.

And... much more. Equipped with a physiological radius curve relating to the lumbar spine, it can be used in different ways and areas, depending on needs.

Its purpose is to provide support to the back in times of need, tiredness, overload and pain. It takes the name of "travel lumbar", as it was originally created to be fastened at the waist and to follow the person in various activities, in sport, in the gym, in the car. In fact, its comfortable strap with three rings for fastening makes it so that it can also be used comfortably on the chair at home or at the desk.

The Roll (made by Postural Service) is made of PVC and has ideal dimensions for all the tasks it is called upon to perform.

It can be inflated as desired, depending on your needs. The color of the product currently supplied is transparent.

This set (designed by Prof. Raggi, created by Postural Service) is one of the most familiar and successful accessories. Its easy and immediate use and the resulting results make these accessories true stars.

The set consists of two single and two combined star-balls, fused together for a third of their surface. Built with particular material with "very high memory" and "dynamic response", they always slowly return to their original shape.
